How do I restore Moju Pro?
Open any locked item to show the Moju Pro screen and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Pro. This works on every iPhone and iPad signed in with that account.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Moju Pro is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep it forever.
Where are my notebooks stored?
Only on your device, inside Moju. They are included in your device’s regular backups (such as iCloud Backup) if you have backups turned on. Notebooks do not sync between devices yet.
How do I save a page as an image?
Open the page, tap the share button at the top, then choose Save to add it to Photos or Share to send it anywhere. If the page has moving photos, pick Video to save it as a short video or Photo for a still image.
How do I add a moving photo?
Tap Add and pick a video. Drag the frame to choose the part you like, from 1 to 5 seconds. It plays silently on the page, over and over, and you can cut it into a shape or frame it as a polaroid like any photo. A page can hold up to 4 moving photos. Moving photos are free for everyone.
How do I cut a photo into a shape?
Tap Cut at the bottom of a page and pick a photo. Choose a shape (heart, circle, star, wavy or torn edge), draw around something with Freehand, or frame it as a Polaroid. Drag and pinch the photo to frame it, then tap Paste.
I deleted something by mistake
Tap the undo arrow at the top left while the notebook is still open. You can step back through your recent changes since you opened the notebook.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
